Shipping policy

At The Tasteless Brand, we know that once you decide to upgrade your nutrition, you want to start immediately. We’ve built a lean logistics network to get our handpicked ingredients from our workshop in Maheshtala to your kitchen as fast as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a rural town, if a major courier can reach you, our nutrition can too.

2. Processing Time

  • The Freshness Rule: To ensure quality, we process orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated arrival times are:

  • West Bengal (Local): 2–3 working days.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 working days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days.

  • Northeast & J&K: 7–10 working days.

Note: These are estimates. Sometimes weather or logistics delays are beyond our control. We will always keep you updated.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹100.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹100.

  • All charges are shown clearly at checkout—no hidden "handling fees."

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your "Dust" leaves our facility, you will receive an SMS and Email with a tracking link. You can follow your package's journey from the warehouse directly to your doorstep in real-time.

6. Delivery Protocol

  • Verification: Our courier partners may ask for an OTP or signature to ensure the package reaches the right hands.

  • Failed Delivery: Our partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If you are unavailable all three times, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping will incur an additional delivery fee.

7. Damaged Packaging

If you notice that the shipping box is heavily damaged or the tape is tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Mark it as "Damaged" on the courier's sheet and contact us immediately.
